Become a Member

We are delighted that you are considering membership in the Garden Club of Montclair. As a member, you will have the opportunity to enjoy learning more about horticulture, flower design, and the environment through workshops and monthly speakers. You'll join us in working to beautify our communities and enjoy the fellowship that comes from working together and attending our social events. 

We want you to love the club as much as we do!

So for your first year's orientation, we've curated a wide-ranging menu of activities for you to sample. These are:

 

  • Attend a program and two of our workshops

  • Volunteer twice in Avis Campbell Gardens and once in the Church Street gardens

  • Work once in the community with our Garden Therapy Committee

  • Flex your creativity as you enter two different (unjudged) competitions in flower design, horticultural specimens, or botanical arts.

 

Dues: $100.  Applications are accepted throughout the year.
