Avis’s friendly Clip, Dip, & Sip took a special turn on Wednesday afternoon, as our dahlia queen Maureen Sprong displayed her beloved dahlias and explained more than we knew there was to know about these spectacular flowers. See her amazing handout for everything about dahlias.
Thirrty or so of our members gathered to welcome our new provisionals and to admire the beauty of an abundant fall garden filled with blooms and bees and delicious eats provided by the Avis Campbell Gardens committee.
A lovely celebration as we move into our next century.
